From October 2020 to March 2026, I worked in engineering management at Nintex, leading engineers and QA professionals delivering core capabilities for an enterprise low-code application builder.
Design systems and delivery
I led development of a design system and component library, working with design and supporting contributions across distributed teams. I also worked on sprint processes, code quality standards, and collaboration between development and QA.
Hands-on leadership
I contributed directly to critical areas of the codebase alongside management responsibilities. I mentored engineers at different levels, supporting their progression into senior and leadership roles before moving into staff engineering in March 2026.
